By accessing or using UOVA ("the Service"), operated by UOVA ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UOVA is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create, edit, and publish websites. The Service includes template selection, AI-assisted content generation, image generation, custom domain management, and site hosting on uova.io subdomains.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: create websites that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or harassment; distribute malware or engage in phishing; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; abuse API endpoints or attempt to circumvent rate limits; generate content that violates applicable laws.
Content generated by our AI tools (text, images, layouts) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content is appropriate for your use case. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.
You retain ownership of the content you create using UOVA. By publishing a website through our Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. UOVA's own branding, code, templates, and AI models remain our intellectual property.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Domain purchases are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. Refund requests for subscriptions must be made within 14 days of purchase.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
